This hotel is a luxurious and well-equipped venue with exclusive amenities that cater to all guests' needs. the staff is excellent, and the decor is stylish, providing a fantastic view. the living room, kitchen, and bedroom are perfect for every family. Delicious food, easy access to transport links, and a sun terrace, an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, make this hotel stand out in its location.

While this hotel provides excellent service, there is one minor issue. Unfortunately, there is no children's play area, but this is a small drawback considering all the wonderful aspects this hotel offers.

We loved our stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is perfect for those who want to explore the city - it's near a metro station and the tram & the monorail stations, which makes it easy to get around. We also enjoyed walking to Drift Beach Club and the Marina. The breakfast was delicious, with nice coffee and a variety of options. Additionally, the cleanliness of this hotel is excellent and the facilities are great.

I recently visited a hotel located in an area with demolished buildings, but don't be discouraged, as it was very close to the tramway and metro, allowing access to all the main tourist spots. The room was spacious and equipped with a full kitchenette, while the bathroom was clean and modern. The staff was very helpful with any request and the breakfast provided a variety of delicious options. The view from some of the rooms overlooked the sea. , there was valet parking, a clean pool, and room service available.

The hotel lacked a deep pool for swimming enthusiasts.

The new establishment is modern and pristine, well-equipped with kitchen appliances, and includes a captivating view. Room service is available 24/7, and the hotel surrounds itself with various dining options. The staff is professional and courteous, ensuring a pleasurable experience. Self-parking is convenient, and the concierge area is separate, improving guest traffic flow. Excellent breakfast options with diverse menus, perfect for vegetarians, with a pool area to lounge in.

The breakfast selection was impressive, and the omelette was cooked to perfection. The room was spacious and had ample kitchen utensils. The concierge was helpful and the valet parking team were accommodating. I had a wonderful experience at Avani.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the spacious and well-furnished 2-bed apartment with amazing views of the city. It was a real treat to see the city lit up at night from the balcony. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. the daily housekeeping service and complimentary bottled water were much appreciated.

The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette and coffee machine. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The two infinity pools offered great views of the Burj Al Arab and the Burj Khalifa. The hotel was clean and had a pleasant aroma.

Felt at ease, no complaints at all.
